there is not a way on earth or anywhere else walter bailey could have done this crime just by the physical requirements alone. i also did see a photo of bailey, although i can't recall where for the life of me, tall thin light hair light eyes, frail looking as if a t b patient in waiting, he looks like he could not lift a sack of flour, or even his own light frame. he does not look at all or are many folks that able to do the crime just from the point of view of stamina involved and the physical strength and size, as for the psychological and emotional requirements, well, it is obvious that the killer was not at ease or the fibers from the scrub brush would not have remained, the body would have been dry, the intestines would not have been underneath her, to name a few of the things that show me that there was a nervousness and a rush and anxiety and hurry and desperate need to get to the end of this fast, there is nothing relaxed about it, nor is it a hurry of a good type, this is to get away from this clean, so he left dirt and he was compulsive about order and cleaning up after himself. oh, he had fibers also on the bottom of his shoes and the car too.

we all know that the killer of the dahlia had what on his hands, afterwards, everyone say it together, cuts, thats the word. because the blood makes the hand slip on the handle of the blade. and other reasons, but thats good enough for our logic in putting the puzzle in order. do you ever recall seeing a doctor with cuts on his hands? me either. i never saw a doctor who burned his fingertips by turning a hot light bulb, unless of course, this doctor was waiting in front of georgies bauerdorffs door for hours on end, but doctors have too much to do for that. and it was columbus day, too. but to soak stuff like cards in gasoline, when they were perfectly good gloves available, or come to the office with gasoline odor, what kind of doctor does that,, not even a med student would do that.

remember the telegram, a promise is a promise to a person of the world, to me that is some way out weird stuff, because first off, it sounds strange, even for an attempted poem, what the heck is a person of the world, its like , just weird, and then, you know, each letter cost extra, and people tried to write as briefly as possible, right? its kind of like what a spy would say to another spy thing. that would be what, the secret code or message? so i looked for one and the only odd thing was the number two , only written as to , so i counted two words, if you notice, the repetion twice of words is a feature of the statement, and what results from the two words is, " is two of yours " or yours could be read as wires, for y and ours, sound for ours and wires. and it was the time period for that kind of thing but i don't think beth was up to that kind of mental activity. i could be wrong but i don't think so. so why the prose? i don't know.

you know how folks find weird stuff about murders and like how for example, in the president kennedy lincoln analogies, the johnson as the vice president, etc. well, this one is about the map of where beth shorts body was put, just weird things , there is a street called virginia street to the west and north and a block from that but not consectutive, is a west street, and virginia west , beths sister was married in the bailey house to become adrian wests wife, now, virginia west, and the friend of virginia west who was baileys daughter was barbara, and south of the lot is now mlk blvd, but then it was santa barbara ave. and if you look at this same 1947 page of the map of the thomas guide, there is the location of where the house that beth would have lived with her dad in 1943 at 1028 and a half 38 street, or 36 i forgot for the moment, and the point is that i looked for the house twice in the assessor office to check it out, and no record of a place ever being there is in the computer. and also on the same page of the thomas guide are the coliseum and exposition streets, these were both on postcards as the discription of the photo on the cards, these being possibly sent by the killer to the press, and i do think that the postcards and correspondence did come from the killer, not all of it though, also, the degnan street, i forgot to mention that, and there is more, viola norton was a victim in 2 14 1948 the norton street body site, jeanne french was a victim, beth lived with the frenches, the o and r letters in so many names, ora murray, georgette bauerdorff, elizabeth short, sylvia horan, jeanne axford french, dorothy montgomery, and dorothy was also frenches daughter. then the dates, and these things i am getting from the hodel book, even though i disagree with his conclusions and a lot of the other theories in hodels book, its still a very interesting and informative book, just not objective enough and often not correct and or illogical, but still a good book in many many ways, so anyhow, so if you do read it , the guy baron herringer, well, its probably baron herr enger, because in german herr means the word mister, and now, back to the numbers, look in hodels book page 522, dates of murders, 7/27 , 6/17, 7/10,7/17,10/7,8/27. then , there are other ones in the same type of series thing, that work with ten eleven twelve and fourteen, and to me i think there is a way to find out certain things from the dates, such as the work versus free time for the killers, and perps since these are of course not the crimes of one individual only. when the dates are put on the work sheet that is made up of the crimes it helps to separate the ones most likely connected from the not connected. like armand robles, that should not even be included in the list, because its some side effect crime that was done, not relevant to finding the killer, though. and definately not a crime of the killer upon the kid. its ludicrous. it was a prank a young fellow who sent that letter with armand photo or whatever, that is what it was. simple.
now, the hodel book, the page where he compares halves of the body to see if a watch is inside the top and bottom half. the photos, those are not the same half of the body. one is top and one is bottom. its not the same woman in the photo either, but it worked in one big way, that was to have him think it was, brought about the book and this opened up a lot of the research into learning more about a lot of unsolved past homicides. one day i hope the law will change and cases over fifty years still unsolved won't be still private info only for law enforce ment eyes but open to the general public, till then, we soldier on... the gladys kern murder was in no way shape or form done by the killer of beth short. and the letter was not written by the perp of short. its totally from outer space and non objective to have even considered it. my goodness, look at the darn signature, its a letter p or something. this letter is an alibi in case the one who did the crime needs to have it. the killer did this as a hopeful aid, in case he got nailed for the crime. that is my take on it. and it is also bull shit and lies, there was no racketeer and such, the guy is lying to try and bs the alibi, he was simply robbing the lady and new as a criminal and ended up killing her. he dropped stuff when he ran away. one possibility. other possibility, the wit who said he saw two men, they could have been to get something that she had in her purse, for some crime thing, it may have had to do with property , since it was real estate, and they had to kill her. i don't like this one, because there is too much amatuer stuff in the whole thing, the dropping of the whatever on the lawn, the trying to steal her rings, the belt or whatever at the sink, is a staging of whoever did the crime trying to look like a victim instead of a perp, and the sloppiness is because of inexperience and nerves, the letter is written in tiny little print, not bold and sure but like meek and quiet, the initial is there for a reason, so that if the one who may need to use, in his mind this alibi letter, the p letter is not the full name, because it is not his wish to confess and go to jail, but to have his timid alibi in place. it is clear to me. maybe.

the letter from the killer that went sent dahlia stuff, and is thought to be the killers communication. not necessarily so. sorry. it may have been that someone found the items and was pretending to be the killer and having a bit of fun. because the dahlia name had already been in the papers, and the killer or whoever was supposed to be the killer called richardson to tell him that the papers were going to have a story to make the press restart the case on the front pages before the package with her id and stuff arrived. remember, the items were from her purse, but her purse was not with her stuff, it was in the dump, and was empty, therefore, the items were removed by someone and this was possibly when a fake killer could have gotten hold of the items and faked the whole contact from the killer part.

water temperature to wash corpse, cold water, because of many reasons, one of these is the time period and the economic background of the killer, this is wartime over period, and these folks don't have a lot of hot or warm water to waste at this time, and also the killer did this where he was most likely alone in a private home, is my first guess, and the second would be in some type of business alone, again, if it was a garage, cold water, but i don't think it was a garage or even the back of a restaurant, because we need a bathtub. and we need a time period to be alone and do this entire event. so that is not a place where anyone else is around. private house. and therefore the water has to come from a heating tank, 1947 period or earlier, most likely it was not a new tank, results, cold water.

in the mood for more? the killer was wet when he put beth shorts body in the lot. he did not dry her. and then, what of him as the blood and gore was all over him, also from putting the mess he made killing the poor thing into the tub. so he had to take off his clothes and bathe too. and that means, either he had a change of clothes or he had to wear wet clothes to put her corpse down. because he was not going there in the clothes the way they looked after the murder and also, he had to shower. he didn't dry her, so even if he took a shower after he washed her off and dried himself, he was rewet carrying her. i think he was wet the whole time, but he was not cold because of the perspiration and the fast pulse he had and the adrenaline from the rush and all that, but by the time he got the body set down and was going away , he started to crash and shiver and all that. the slash across the face and the feces in the stomach, well how about if he was the same one who killed bauerdorff which is highly possible, and this was because the gag used in the dahlia murder were the underpants, and of course the feces would be from the things he was doing to her, she would have an accident in her pants, and this would have been swallowed when stuffed in her mouth, and the slash could have been the serial killer improvement of technique since the bauerdorff gag was stuck between the teeth. its a theory.

the guy who killed the black dahlia, when betty page came along later, he was a fan , big time. its my theory about the killer, i think that first, there is the name, beth betty, elizabeth, you know, and then the looks of the two are similar, and the bondage, and the whole package. i believe he thought betty page was the hottest lady on the planet. make sense? betcha when he got drunk it sort of spooked him out, too.

black dahlia, my own logical assumptions

the reason that she called marc hanson to ask to stay, when she was returning to los angeles from san diego, i theorize, one, that she had to run from san diego re; the three people in the car, that came to see her at the frenches house, and two, she had nowhere to go, because she knew hanson did not want her back, and when she was at the biltmore, she probably figured that she could wait for lucy varela to get home, and sleep there overnight. she was overstressed, tired from the long ride, tired from the biltmore wait, hungry and no money left, and worried about the next day, and wanted just to eat and sleep and get out of that lobby. the waiting for someone, including , going to the desk in the biltmore and asking if someone left a message for her was to perform an act, so that they were fooled and didn't kick her out for hanging out there without business for real involving the hotel, and this is one of the reasons, besides her own image and self, that the clothes and makeup were so important to her, to look a certain way. her first concern coming back to los angeles, was to have a place to stay, at least overnight, and if it was her plan to get with a man that night, she would have fixed herself up, changed her clothes if possible, and at the very least, her makeup case, would not have been left in the greyhound, even if she did her face in the biltmore bathroom. so marc, he was not the type of relationship that she and he were any thing he was in her category, one of the men associations, that she did not need to fix her face to deal with for the sleeping there one night. like a platonic thing, just a favor as a pal, and she was up a creek, to have called him in the first place, desperate, because he threw her out, and she knew it was a long shot, she could have been more successful by asking ann toth to ask him for her, but still, he must have been a strong type of character to be as successful in business as he was, so ann as an advocate, it may not have worked, depending on the relationship between marc and ann. didn't happen anyhow. i read something for the first time yesterday, about the doctor who lanced the bartholin gland for her. if the dates are at all available , what a long shot that is, of these visits, and next best thing is to consider the time periods when she was within distance of the doctor visits being possible, these are times that we can assume she had some days when she was ill. and unable to do a lot of walking and dancing and all that. this may seem like an unnecessary nit picking obsessive detail, but it is best to get the most possible knowledge and closest to the total scenario of a past puzzle and this means everything that could be a factor should be considered. she would not feel good before or after having the doctor lance a gland in that location of her body. think about it, first the reason to get a gland lanced, it means, like an abcess or infection, this is going to change a persons behavior, because it has to hurt and affect energy and mood and walking and everything, including even hurting when bathing and urinating. had to be tough, and then it had to hurt too after the procedure, so that would not be a time to sit on any barstools or go dancing. and she was making her money this way, by being company. not prostituting, because this wasn't her thing anyhow when she was doing the bar hopping in the first place. she was having fun and getting the rent paid and eating and all by meeting fellows and dancing and enjoying the social scene. that was it , and so was her goal and happiness being the prettiest and best dressed one who got the most admiration in the place, that was what she liked to have happen, like the princess in the fairy tale story. she liked to have the attention and be thought of by others as a beautiful movie star. that is what the whole thing was about. and i think she was open to the options of either becoming a wife and mother if that came first, or being discovered by hollywood for her beauty and becoming famous. and i think thats it , in a nutshell. and i don't think it was a stranger at all who killed her. nor was the message left by the killer totally sexual , because he put her body with the genitals parallel to the traffic in the street, instead of open genitals facing the street side. that, i believe is a significant point in relation to the man's unconscious reasons, for conscious choice to pose her even in the direction he did. and i don't think that the lot site is an accidental thing. that possibly , and this is theory, of course, this was a spot she told some fellows to use because she knew of it and it was a good place to fool around in a car. maybe one of the fellows asked her one night if she knew a place to park. that is my theory. the reason she would have known about the spot has to do with it being the lot across the street that was ruth baileys, and this had a connection to barbara the baileys, daughter, the doctor who had the sister of beth short, virginia short west, married in their house, this is all explained in larrys website, about the wedding certificate, and anyhow, the reason that beth would have used this to have guys park is really easy to figure out. if the cops came by and asked them what was the deal , then she could say that they were just looking at the lot and it belonged to ruth , etc etc. in other words, an excuse for the cops if they came along. she knew about cops and staying below the radar, because of getting in trouble up north when she was younger. so she would have come up with a better plan for the future. so my theory is the killer was a guy who had parked in that place with her in the past. thirty ninth and norton, that is. i totally don't think her body was put in a refrigerator or a freezer. it was a cold morning, she was still pliable and not in rigor, or even stiffened, a refrigerator would have hardened the skin somewhat, now, we know she was washed and even submerged, this accounts for the shriveling of the fingertips, and now, lets consider the temperature of the water and how it would affect the temperature of the body in relation to the enviromental temperature. we are still warm, as living, we are almost one hundred degrees, 98.6, and when we take a hot or warm bath in jan we get cold on our skin from the evaporation of the water as we dry, even if the corpse was in warm water it would not retain any of the body heat a live body has, so the temperature of the corpse is going to more closely match that of the the enviroment, the longer it is outside, but at first, due to the evaporation of the water, which was not dried off, since the fibers clinging to her stuck on her, i theorize from the trunk of the car, since the skin was wet when put there, well, there you have the reason for the coldness of the corpse. it also was not refrigerated because it was too fresh as a corpse, it is obvious. the intestines for example, they were not thawing out, they were hanging, as if the body was like meat in the slaughter house, and another thing, if the killer was at all versed in medicine, which personally i do not agree with whatsoever, is this important and very overlooked item, that the intestines , the cut where it went through the intestine, would have been tied in a knot or like a physician would do, clamped off, so that when the body was being washed, the stuff would not spill all over and make a terrible stink and mess as well. i'm good at this, huh? yeah, i know.
